We present a special report on Nihon Eiho, classical swimming with more than 400 years of history. Nihon Eiho was originally developed as a means of surviving in battle and became a vital skill for samurai warriors in ancient Japan. Designed for numerous different combat situations, the 132 techniques have been kept alive until the present day.
