I just recently copped the White&black colorway which i think may be the best colorway and it's all leather with me being in Tennessee it rain too much to rock suede and nubuck but great review Queen 👑

Do they run big like a AJ 6 or TTS? Trying to see what size i should go for. For reference, I wear an AJ 1 in an 11M US & a AJ 6 in a 10.5M US.

Because it has a mid foot strap you'd likely benefit from your bigger size. But if you have another sneaker around with this type of strap refer to the size of that one.
