I’m actually glad I didn’t cop a pair of these now, the glue marks are shocking and so noticeable on the black. For the cost of the shoe I’d expect it to be flawless, mine would be sent back!

yeah I agree. The glue stains are crazy for how much you're paying. A lot more noticeable on the dark colorways though. The oatmeal pair I have didn't really have any so I guess I got lucky.

Solid review as always 👌 the glue stains on these are really terrible mainly because of the retail price. You’d expect a much more strict quality control. Glad you talked about how difficult these are to put on and take off. That was a huge factor when I decided to sell mine.

Arghh seth, the sizing is so confusing... Following your fog videos, we went from true to size to down half a size to now sizing up half a size. Guess we really need to try it on to get it right..

Seth you can try using acetone to remove the glue mark but you must be carefully with it or you might strip the paint off :)

I hope everyone realizes that you can just use some acetone and a toothbrush to get the glue stains off. I know it's annoying from a QC perspective, but to have it deter you from the shoe boggles my mind.

If you are buying this shoe, PLEASE DO NOT GO UP HALF A SIZE. I always get size 9 and for the light bone cw I went with a 9.5 since that’s all there was left. They fit like a 10. They do run big.

idk for sure. But brands to look at is the richie lee collection and or mnml. I personally find the buttons annoying, I just wear pacsun work cargos, fit well, very nice tapper for sneakers

If not in court, I think the best way to rock those is with jeans or cargo pants, because it doesn't just look good when paired with shorts.

I doubled up because I'm a fan of the FOG 1s, and resale prices ave tanked so I got a true to size and a half size up and I recommend going true to size. Both my pairs are hard to put on and harder to take off but the half size up feel and look too long and the true to size fit much better because they feel roomy in the toe box.

I wouldn’t go up in sizing based off the entry point, you just have to twist as you pull off to get them off quickly. As far as getting them on, pull the suede flap down and use it as a shoehorn to slide your foot in. This is all with me going a .5 size down for the perfect fit. Wide footers stay TTS, but them toes are gonna swim a bit lol.

Craig Fawcett lucky you bruh. Got an email about Dmp 6s and fire red 5s from Nike saying they are delayed even tho there’s already an estimated 2-3 weeks shipping on these. Took the W on FOGs and prolly gonna get that email too. Thinking it’s prolly gonna arrive either late May or early June 😂😂😂. But I guess at least I got the confirmation for those. 🤷‍♂️

MaestroKong just my own personal account. The they went for sale i was all over that purchase button. After a minute or two of waiting, it still said waiting in line but I got a notification from my bank saying my card was charged $371 and I knew I had em. Just got them in the mail today. They are a lot better nicer than I thought. Came with a nice bag and other goodies too.

There’s a lot of glue going on around the rubber and fabric, quite a poor standard as far as Nike goes.

Just had quick look at Seth's previous FoG reviews: quality seems to be quite solid in those in terms if materials, fit, consistency and lack of glue. Seems they have really dropped the ball hard with this one. Maybe they just think because of the hype of the brand they can get away with it.

Yes, I will criticize you but read knowing that you are my favorite sneaker content creator and that is the main reason why this frustrated me: Man, did you and WAU really choose by equipment and professionality in the Origin Contest? I really thought it was about the capacity of creating good cws. You had much better thought and more harmonic options, maybe humbly including mine. Now we have "10 heats" of 1 bot user vs 1 anything with realistic shadows... I really do appreciate your colab with them and the final result, but I see this contest as something that had potential and failed in the end
