These are so COMFORTABLE, yes, yes, yes, com-fort-able, as I can walk all day in them, yet they aren't to "heavy", "bulky", or "clodhopper" looking on a grandma in her 70s, who weighs 110#, I always wear New Balance, but saw these at the Black Friday sale and had to have them, as the red gingham made me think of a skirt I made in 1959 for my 4-H Club sewing project and yes, it could be table cloth material in a "country" setting. Never saw a Nike shoe before with a red gingham swoosh!! I got lots of compliments from my family saying "Oh, Mom/Grammy, we loves those, as you look cool in them."
