facts , you can tell he's a genuine aficionado where gear is concerned . Not over the top more like a conversion between him and a few thousand people lol . Salute
I wish these were in the price range of $180. Nike wants to knock off as much scalpers off Ebay as possible. The host in this video is right about the box. I also see his point with the ice blue bottoms. I think Nike added a tint of blue to help any yellowing the soles may go through over time.
Great vids as always. I bought these back in 95 for $110 (Army PX). "23" years later the price has doubled. I've revered AJs since the 80's. My first pair were the 3's. Been in the shoe game a long time and I am finally hanging up my laces. The quality has decreased and too many changes to the OGs. No way am I paying $220 for these. That was resell price back in 2010.
Louis Werner I passed on them in 2011 because of the price.. But you gotta admit, they aren't worth over $200. If I remember correctly, the BINs weren't $220 when they released. Jordan brand is getting greedy.
@@paulbaxter2007 I'm an OG myself...bought my pair in 95 and still have them in the box still wearable...check my IG jquiles96. But retail was $125 back then and the quality was much better. I'm nearing the end of my collecting and I thought this pair would be the end of the Jordan era...but I can't justify the $220
TheImpalaman96 I miss the quality of the OGs. The suede was soft and nubuck used to feel like shark skin. Maybe Im just getting too old or Im picky but $220 is alot for ANY shoe. The few years Ive bought some other Jordan products... Trunners, ultra.fly and I love em.
Your wrong about the inspiration for the shoe from tinker. MJ wanted a dress shoe/sneaker. You are thinking about the 14's which were inspired from the Ferrari.
What is he on? Worst thing I ever saw!! I would never do business with a man that talks like you're on his time and saying "basically hurry up and buy" like that Japanese lady in that movie....what is called?😄😄😄
everybody complaining about the box, everybody complaining about the number not being stitched on, everybody complaining saying the shoes don't smell like the originals. everyone saying the bottoms ain't icy enough. when you die, your not gonna be judged by how your concords were kept. jeez all these complaints I should get a pair or 2 no problem.
yea still living in my mama's basement because i kept buying retro Jay's all these years. kids , lesson is be me and COP This shit, its fire and be about that life.
Axel Böhmer it’s never been zoom. Zoom didn’t make its way into air Jordan’s until the 12. I have Jordan 11s and Jordan 12s and it’s a noticeable difference underfoot.
For those who are complaining about the box.. It's the box that came with the OG Jordan 11. That's the reason why. They want to do it exactly the same as before. No. Jordan Brand is not cutting you lol.
They are full of shit with that... I've had foams that never turned that burnt yellow and my Reebok classics that still are blue same as my iversons.. Jordan for some reason always yellow that's bad.
True scholar of Michael Jordan, very impressed !! I’m a true Jordan fanatic myself!! Kp ur great videos.!!!hope I can cope a pair!! The shirt is clean!!!
Can't wait to visit your shop on my vacation on my vacation you always have the deepest interviews love the background info on the shoe etc etc been following you for a good couple years now
I’ll definitely go for these again. I wasn’t successful back in 2011 and had to buy them off someone but I’ll be going for these. And remember everyone be safe out there and do not cause a repeat of the 2011 concord chaos no shoe is worth losing a life. Much love and good luck everyone.
One of the hardest out right now. Hell yeah especially with the pattern leather snap backs. with some black leather pants on and a white polo shirt. With the black rugby for those who don't know what rugby is. That's the man on the horse.
@@bigseanpd7302 I mean it all depends on the color I can't really choose between liking 12s over 11s I like them both the same so all I can say is that I made a decision
