i think its the way the camera is positionned, if you look at the foot in the back the fit seems cleaner. Also i think he didnt laced them up where the fit remained loose, could be also he got half a size to big. I dont have these but i saw them at stores where children were trying them on and they are nice af. Plus i normally dont care for basketball shoes but these were something special in that grey and black colour.
