I bought the original in 1989 and that kick-started my obsession with Agassi and his outfits. I'm going to definitely buy the ATC2 when they come out this year.
Love the sneakers, hate the price tag. This should be a $125 shoe. I’ll probably still get em (so yes, I’m part of the problem 😂) but I won’t be very happy about it lol
Yeah, the NATC2 is one of the greatest shoe of all the Time… but i still waiting the TC3 in volt, TC4 low in white/lime, and the TChuarache, in correct colorways….😢😩😔 i lived in France, and André Agassi is one the greatest famius tennisman of history, it’s never been retroed in 35years… what’s waiting nikesportwear ?! It’s a injustice and a shame for all the fans ! And André and his image had been doing so much for a génération, and the sneaker culture at this time.
One of the coolest shoes of my childhood. This was the shoe that got my attention as kids in elementary school was rocking these. The Air Jordan 5's where my first Nike shoe in 1990, but I've always wanted these as well. I'll definitely be buying them August 30th.
Had the originals. Think I bought them from a Mervyns. Always been a “I only need one pair of shoes” kind of guy but lately been looking at a lot of the cool stuff out, and happened to think, “man nothing compares to the Agassi Nikes I had as a kid.” Disappointed I missed the previous re-releases but hope I don’t miss this one.
In 2014 I got every one of the OG colours I could get my hands on, BUT the Hot Lava slipped through my hands... Then 2019 came around, I saw it on the shelf at my local nike store and when I had it in hand I thought, 'THIS IS IT'. After looking at it closely, I was pretty disappointed. I couldn't have that crap sitting next to all my 2014 retros. I picked up the Lebron 16 Hot Lava instead that day.
One of my all time favorite sneakers. I've got many colorways and I'll continue to be fan. If these sit and can be picked up @ under retail I'd snag multiples. I know that the YEEZY midsole is from the ATCII , so this drives a few more eyeballs to the product.
It is a custom, not made by Nike I added the logo on the shirt but you can get the shirt from volliax tennis he has great throwback shirts from McEnroe to Michael Chang to all the Agassi ones. They are great and a good price.

I'm super excited that these are coming back. I will definitely get a pair. This will be my first time owning a pair even though i've always liked them.
I want to own a pair of these since the 90's This pair is among my grails shoes ever like Atc 3 purpe and volt, AJ6 infrared. I was not able to have it back in the days, now I will try to get a pair.
I CANNOT wait for these. Wanted these even before 2014. I was too busy then to coo back then and resell on them older pairs isn't to my liking. I loved Agassi and in the 90's (tennis in general) and I still own his sega videogame with the nike product placement in game. I had his racket too! I loved all the 90s tennis stars actually. Cant wait for Changs shoe to come stateside.
Great video! This shoe is probably my second favorite of all-time (behind only the Air Tech Challenge 3.) I believe we will see the ATC 3 retro'd next year.
I had these in 89 and some drunk Australian backpackers threw them out the window of the youth hostel I was staying in. They got a bit scuffed but survived the three storey fall lol
It's a glorious thing that they're coming back. I get 2 pairs. Now, does anyone know who designed the ATC 1? Cause ATC II is clearly an evolution of the first generation.
