@Play2Hiswill if the player was repping a different brand in a situation that wasn't spelled out in the contract. In this case she did a music video and she's not signed to Nike the school is but Nike wants the school to police a players activities off the court. Her only mistake is using the locker room of the school....if she did the video in the school library would Nike have done the same thing? Probably....if they want to dictate what individual players do as far as brand repping off court they need to pay these players.
