Thank you for your great video. I like how you get to the point. Very helpful. Got my dad a size up thanks to your recommendation. Much love from South Africa
Had them a few weeks, sized up and fit perfectly, getting softer as you break them in, and find myself choosing these over my yeezy slides to chill in, I like the arch support on them, not as bad as some of the reviews out there, glad I got them
Question I have a wide foot and I picked up a pair of these Nike calm slides in a size 13 I have a size 12 in crocs and they fit like a charm I put the slides on in store and they felt a little snug is that supposed to happen and are they supposed to loosen up like crocs do after breaking them in ?
Copped these and they're fire. Yes yeezy slides are softer yet yeezy slides are almost TOO soft. Really easy to feel like you're going to roll your ankle in those and the tread wears away super fast. Comparatively the calms have a really nice solid tread and sole, they're durable af and they're still comfortable without feeling like you're going to roll your ankle because the cushioning is too extra soft like yeezys. The calms are excellent. If you're feeling pressure in the balls of your feet with the calms then you're flat footed. My feet are arched so I don't have that problem. With the calms you're also going to want to size up from your tts since they run small. If you have narrow feet you can go tts. People also keep saying "they're stiff out the box" again, they weren't stiff for me, they were quite comfortable yet solid feeling on foot, sturdy. And also once you break them in a bit the comfort only goes up. Got the calms in black and getting them in sesame/khaki next and also eyeing those red ones. Calms are fire and I prefer them over my yeezy slides (which are discontinued anyway) y'all keep sleeping on these calm greatness.
The bubble you feel is the arch support. Nike's normally have more arch support than other shoes. That's why they're good. You might have a low arch or something. The chiropractor can put your arch in the right spot by cracking your foot
More arch support is bad because it weakens the small muscles in the foot. That’s what causes your arch to collapse. And in order to fix it you have to strengthen those muscles again, it’s not possible for a chiropractor to just snap it back into place
@@Lee-ic2yn FAR more comfortable. Why buy the less comfortable knockoff was my point. Sure, if you can't get a yeezy slides at retail then go for the nike, otherwise I'd go with the OG that actually feels better on foot
Im a 12 in kicks. I got these and sized up according to some reviews l read and they were way too big and bulky. I have narrow feet and these were very wide. Mad l have to return them bc l really wanted to like em
Damn that sux I just got mine today an ima size 12 an sized up to a 13 an they fit perfect......they definitely run small as soon as I took them out the box I said damn this is a 13 because they looked smaller
Looking into some slides, I've never had any. I'm in a country not known for great weather, the uk. Atm its jordan post they have women's calms, now on Nike wtf they do shit like this who knows.
I think most of the bad reviews are coming from those who own Yeezys. Seem their reviews are based on comparison rather than on their own. They use Yeezys as their expectation.
@@StarrdigitalProductionstbf who wouldn’t. If you own Yeezy slides and you see that Nike released a minimalistic opponent then you would compare which one is better. I have both and I’ll say Yeezys by far more comfy but calm slides lock your feet in more and are more durable
