Hi Josh, any nike pairs come with black tag in Japan and the tag shows upper materials. According to the tag, upper materials are synthetic leather, not genuine leather. So, leather quality underneath the mesh is not so good.. That is for argon. Court purple may be different.
@@BlazinGunz365 Thanks Bro. The tag says the ripstop cover is synthetic "fibers". The tag lists all the upper materials and, for argon, there are only "synthetic leather" and "synthetic fiber" and no description about genuine/premium leather. If I push toe area by hand, it actually feels like plasticky, not soft. The tag may be wrong. anyway, i don't care too much about materials as I will not tear the ripstop :)
@@Little-J ah ok I see...I mean I could be wrong myself bro...just I seen an early pair which actually had been cut...and the leather was nice & soft with darker blue areas having a slight tumble effect but anyway yeah im like you I won't be cutting mine either so 🤷🏽♂️😅🙏🏽
I love a good collab dunk but it seems like if it's not an SB, the quality of the shoe isn't great. I got 2 different pair or the Undefeated 5 on it dunks and they felt like sandals compared to any of my SB dunks. I haven't copped these because I was afraid they would be the same quality as a GR dunk.
Funny, I got a few SB collabs and the quality is all over the place. The quality on the FTC for example was crap (at least on my pair). Only the Parras (2021) we‘re practically flawless.
@@Gojo1911 Really? That's surprising. I've probably had at least 20 pairs of dunks over the years and have never had a problem with the quality. Must be lucky
