Older hooper here as well. I can't wear shoes with zoom pods in the forefoot. The edges of the pod bite into, and bruise, the ball of my feet. I ended up giving them to my nephew after only one hooping session.
Great video man, I've been watching KD 16 reviews to help me decide if I want to get the 17s since they use the same cushioning setup. I currently play in the 15s so initially I didn't like that they changed the cushion but this reviews makes me wanna give it a try. Keep it up the in-deph reviews, your style and perspective is super honest and something we need more of!
Absolutely brother. I loved the kD14 and just wanted them as a low top, so was excited about the 15, but they felt different so didn’t dig them as much. But the 16 is like a low top 14. Sure. Every review out there was so upset that Nike ditched full length zoom air. I thought that was an overreaction. This midsole set up of Nike air heal and zoom air forefoot works extremely well.
