Very good video James. I have Josh Allens Limited jersey. I was ready to get Josh Allens Untouchable jersey. One thing I noticed about Allen's Untouchable is the sleeve stripes are still heat pressed just like my Limited where your big Ben Untouchable are cloth material. I checked online and the jersey the Bills wear on field the stripes are shiny (heat pressed) and not cloth so I guess that explains why. Bummer! Like you said, heat pressed does not hold up as well long term and the Bills (and I assume other teams) use it on their on field jerseys. I just thought I would throw this out to others before spending +$300 on an Untouchable.
Cant disrespect that awesome wall of glory! Geez my guy that’s awesome! The numbers don’t look too different for teams with solid numbers, but with teams that have layered numbers like the Chiefs or the Seahawks there’s double stitching on the Elite and it’s so cool
I bought a Rams home limited jersey about a year ago for about $300 - the nice type before they were kidnapped to Missouri. I previous had bought a $150 game jersey. I hate what they use now, especially that hideous road bonehead uniform. So glad I got the limited pre-Missouri one, especially because I knew they were going to disappear. There is definitely a big difference in this case. The way I see it, why get a $150 that will start to break down, and now what do you have? So, with the limited, you know it’s going to be around for some time.
Hi James, great video and nice collection of memorabilia. I am a long time Bucs fan and I have been collecting sports memorabilia for over 29 years. I have over 50 field used helmets and 80 plus Vapor Elite Jerseys or authentic jerseys of all different team and mostly the top players. Just to reiterate what you said on your video which was perfect, all of the Jerseys from the elite $150 and lower are sized from Small to 3 or 4XL and the Vapor Elite (VE) the top of the line jerseys are sized 40 to 60 and the tag will say "on the field" but it doesn't say it as of the 2021 season. I always like to wear the VE Jerseys but it is a preference. For those of you that are making a decision on what jersey is best, they are all good, but the Vapor Elites go for $330-$370 depending on team and player. Also if you are getting the jersey signed by the player the VE is what you want or its your preference. I would love to tell you more about my collection because I have basketball (Jordan), Hockey, Baseball, Boxing, and my major love is coins (platinum, gold, & silver) 10 to 50oz bars. Collecting coins is know as numismatic. I will have to tell you the reason for my collection of sports memorabilia is my two Nephews work for Fox Sports and NBC Sports. I have 2 Nike limited jerseys, one is significantly smaller, the sleeves are screen printed, the patches are a different mattierial, and the other has cloth like sleeves, and is a much better fit
I was confused at the difference between the $150 jersey and the $324 jersey lol....I did the same thinking I got one hell of a deal on a Tom Brady jersey for $150 but i had a coupon for 30 bucks that fanatics will sometimes hook you up with especially if its a jersey fanatics is betting a certain players' team isnt going to the super bowl. Hence the authentic $3,000 signed Bucs Tom Brady jerseys you can only find right now which sucks. You can get the nike untouchable vapor elite Gronk Bucs jersey for $325 right now but thats it. But the Nike authentic untouchable vapor jerseys (authentic jerseys) has major differences with reference to the $150 jerseys which are nothing to scoff at because those are beautiful jerseys too but they dont have the cut off sleeves and larger fonts size of the players last names on the backs of the jerseys that totally make the authentic $325 jerseys stand out times ten versus the $150 jerseys. great vid!
@@JamesMeyers Yeah NFL is really pushing that $3,000 Brady signed jersey right now which is absolute BS but at least I was fortunate to get my hands on couple 2018 Untouchable Nike Vapor elite Pats jerseys for both Brady and Gronk. It took me a bit of searching around but I lucked out with getting a couple authentics of my 2 favorite players from when they were in New England. Maybe I'll get lucky and finally find an unsigned Brady Bucs jersey that isn't 3K LOL

I’m just afraid that I bought it to small because the size 52 wasn’t available so I went with 48 instead. Does the vapor elite feel tight or is it still not to snug?

But from what I saw the jersey I bought was only one size difference. I usually get a XXL because I like it loose which would have been a 52, but the 48 is an XL for the Elite Untouchable so it’s just one size down, but no I’ve never owned an expensive elite just the game ones that are $100 or the next one up that’s around $150. I do have a Jim Kelly Mitchell and Ness throwback 94 one that is just beautiful. But yeah when I saw your Fitzpatrick one my eyes lit up and had to ask you if it fits good on you like the other jerseys would?
@@JamesMeyers ok. So basically a size 48 in which I ordered won’t be much of a difference in size than 52 in your opinion? I had to go with a 48 for the Allen one because all they had was 44 and 48. I wanted a 52 because I figured it be a little more loose, but if you’re saying that the vapor elite untouchable isn’t much of a difference than the others than I feel a little better.
Great video! I am a huge fan of the limited jerseys. What I don’t like specifically on the Steelers jerseys are the screen printed graphics on the sleeves. I think they make the jersey a bit stiff and uncomfortable to wear.

Go for the 150.00 vapor. Go true to size unless you’re planning on layering underneath with a hoodie or something thick. In that case go up one size. If you’re just gonna wear a T-shirt underneath just get your regular size

You should patrol the internet as well as ebay and show people examples of fake listings, fake jerseys, fake stores, the more info that people have, the better. Thanks to your tip with how to spot a fake jersey, I spotted a fake Phins jersey that i was going to bid on thanks to you pointing out thread quality on lettering. Obviously jerseys would be the big thing but anything popular like Salute to Service are also hot topics for fakes. Anyhow, just food for thought.

Hey man I’m 6’3 180 and I ordered a Limited jersey in a Size Medium because I prefer a fitting jersey more than a loose one. I’m more on the skinnier side. Will it fit me ?
It should bro. With being 6’3 though you might find is a tad bit short when lifting your arms etc. however if you like a more fitting jersey than I think the medium should be ok for you.
What is the sleeve material on the vapor authentic jersey? Is it stretchy like the Ind. Colts shoulder stripes? Or more like the buff Bills with screen printed stripes? Thanks!

300.00 jersey Better quality jersey material Everything is stitched Authentic cut and sleeves Will last a long time (probably forever) 150.00 Cheaper material Cheap sleeves that will peel when washed over time.
My main question is size. I’m looking at a custom vapor elite so I can make it Fred Warner or Brandon Aiyuk. I wear 2XL in Limited so would I want 2XL in elite or bigger or smaller? Since it’s custom I can’t return so I want to make sure I get the right size. Thank you!
@@JamesMeyers Thank you for the quick response! Another question is the beck kinda tight to get over your head like the limited ones? I had an XL last year but it was so tight pulling over my head which is why I switched to 2XL. I feel I could fit an XL though and would prefer the tighter fit over the baggy fit.
The authentic neck is even more stiff IMO because it’s made from a stronger material so like I said I would get the 2XL in the authentic if i was you Hope this helps
I absolutely hate the elastic short sleeves on the newer Elites, I got pretty thin arms, so it feels awkward when wearing. Feels better with a sleeved T shirt underneath BUT the damn thing sticks out from the jersey dumb elastic sleeves so it looks stupid. I could opt for a limited jersey instead since it has normal sleeves, but I don't want screen printed sleeves that will end up coming off. I'd much preferred the original Nike Elites before they switched to the Vapor Untouchables..though the feel of the whole jersey in general on the newer Elites feels better, lighter, and not as super thick as originals were.
Hello I been wanting to buy a NFL Jersey. I want to get as close as i can. The vapor limited ($199) vs vapor elite ($249) is there a different. I'm trying to get a tom brady patriots jersey.
So the last jersey i bought was a Jamarcus Russell jersey. So naturally been really hesitant to buy another players jersey but I’m all in on Carr. I’ve always taken great care of my jerseys so really I am more of just trying to justify spending $200 more on a viper elite, what makes it work it to you to spend the extra money? If you spend the extra how likely are you to wear that to a game, or bar to watch on Sunday; vs only wearing it in the man cave, or friends house to watch the game?
Tim Cervantes for me it’s the fact that it will last forever kinda thing and that’s why I spend the extra money. If you buy a jersey from nfl.com on most items they offer jersey assurance so if that player gets traded etc then they’d replace it. Make sure to look into that. However custom jerseys won’t be eligible for that assurance.
I have rodgers on my fantasy team. So go pack go!! 😂 so being 5”1 I think the large might be too long but the medium might be too snug. So taking your height and weight into consideration I’d get a large if I was you.

A lot of comments are about the fit. You can see at 8.00 mins the shape of the jerseys are very different. Definitely something you might want to include. Just a suggestion. Oh, and great collection behind you.

They raised the prices on the untouchables but the limited is still around the 150.00 If you go to NFLshop.com you can probably get it customized for the player you want

The Von Miller untouchable one I was looking at is definitely the same price ($150) so idk maybe it depends on the player and whatnot. I’ll just have to be patient and maybe look at the physical shop next time I’m in Denver.

Originally Nike only used the vapor name for the 300.00 elite jersey and then a few years in they started using it for the limited as well. Generally the 150.00 jersey is the limited
Best you can do there is get a youth jersey in the limited product line. They don’t make elite for youth. But if he can fit a small In Men’s that might be your best bet
I detest how modern day jerseys fit and look...That’s why I stick with throwback jerseys or the cheaper Nike Elite jerseys; furthermore, the $350+ jerseys don’t even have much more superior construction quality than the lower cost jerseys to justify paying $200+ dollars more. I don’t even like how the sleeves are all short and tight spandex material on the $300+ jerseys anyway. I like regular old school sleeves. I’m an older middle aged man, and believe me, once you get older and your blood doesn’t circulate as well as it did when you were in your teens and twenties. You too will stop trying to look cool by wearing dumb ass skinny jeans, and tight fitting clothing. Because tight fitting clothing not only restricts your range of movement, but it also restricts your blood flow especially to your upper and lower extremities. Trust me, when diabetes runs in your family, you know how it effects your body’s ability to keep your blood circulation running to your arms and legs-the last thing you want to be wearing are clothes that impede this circulation process. Now I know I just verbosely rambled on, lol; however, I just wanted to explain how the older that I get, the more I loathe tight fitting clothing. That’s why I usually by the $150 dollar jerseys, plus I like looser and baggier fitting football jerseys anyway. I should get a medium, but I prefer a large just because they are a little bit roomier and more comfortable. As I age, I’m all about comfort, and I’m over trying to look cool, especially for the general public who don’t even know or care about me anyways. In closing, I just want to say, when it comes to basketball jerseys, I buy mediums, cause they don’t have tight sleeves to restrict arm movement and blood flow. They fit a bit different than FB jerseys too, so I enjoy getting a more proper fit than a slightly larger fit with football jerseys. FB jerseys are meant to look like your wearing a jersey and not a t-shirt, so I recommend purchasing a slightly larger size, like one size up.
