How do i clean dirt marks on these without ruining the material?

I read on Reddit that using water on nubuck is a big no no. Tbh I tried using h20 and I still see a water mark on my shoe. Try a suede eraser or nubuck brush/suede brush. Using a little amount of water should be your last resort.
