i miss the old days of nike sb like when they actually made good skate shoes and not just 3 stupid ass models of nikes with a bunch of ugly ass colorways hopefully one day theyll return
that's not true. emerica has been around for way longer and has done way more for skateboarding. even if they don't throw shit tons of money into contests and pointless colorways
YEARS of support for skateboarding and skateboarders, whether it's popular or not. the guys who own emerica give so many people the opportunity to make it big. anyone on emerica is almost guaranteed with a pro shoe and several full parts. you can't say the same about nike. the shoes are not mediocre, either. emerica is one of the few companies that actually fit my wide feet. nike's are way too narrow.
STFU bitch. Vans' skateparks are free to all. Nike charge entry and feel like fucking Street League. I've got no problem with Nike (but they are only in it for the $), so why hate on the core?
I said the same thing in 2000 when they first started making skate shoes but they take care of their riders and make quality shoes. No one at Nike is holding a gun to any skaters head making them wear Nikes it's up to the skaters to make that decision just like it's on you if you want to buy Lakai or whatever... but Vans, DC and alot of other "skater owned" companies are just as corporate at Nike now so do your homework

i actually dont think so. this is just the look their going for. the have plenty of videos with great camera and editing. the just wanted to go for a more raw and oldschool look.
