The straps on the front is called molle webbing! And the big pocket on the back is for tucking in the hip straps. It's like an chest rig.

For me the Nike bag is big enough, use it for work so i don’t need to drag it all around in my pockets whilst I operate the machines so yeah good enough for me good video btw.
