What's wrong with Nike? Is they're getting too big? Not giving enough discounts and also their prices are too hi. They need to calm down with their prices back in the day. You never heard of sneakers costing $200. Give me a break
Nike sincerely needs to WAKE UP! #1. Inflation #2. Rival shoe brands #3. the "Hype beast" era is getting merced by Grade A replicas. #4. Pioneers like Nitty educating heads how to build their shoe collection by only purchasing during sales. #5. SpongeBob SquarePants. What did he specifically do? Absolutely nothing, I just felt like saying his name.
Nike kinda lost me a bit for the reason of letting Kyrie go, which was one of my favorite basketball sneakers. Then they made Sabrina and now Ja shoes mimic Kobe shoes.
With the incoming CEO, perhaps they will close up some retail locations, in which the Factory Stores opened up in non-outlet mall locations...they really went crazy opening up locations in the past decade so perhaps they might change their retail strategy
The reason why nike is taking an L on sales is because of the resell market and trying to keep up with the Jefferson's and pumping out sneakers too early. I remember when you didn't know when sneakers were released, and you went to the mall, and went to foot locker, foot action, or Champs to buy your sneakers.
Nike need to drop dow the price on the air jordan 1 high og! their sitting at 180 and gonna bay that I'd their below 100! like 70 or 60 I cop. and it a dope shoe to! forget the blue and white one r sitting for that price to
It plus I would like to say they're products are overpriced far over price. For what they pay for they need to pass the discounts and the lower prices down to the people the econome. Has been skyrocketing. With prices of everything and you're dollar is not keeping up with inflation.Bring the prices down. Then people will be able to afford your merchandise. That's why you're seeing so many knock off.
I didn't understand their decision to abandon their B&M vendors. They just gave all that empty shelf to their competitors. No wonder they lost market share.
I worked for a shoe company, high end making Birkenstocks. It literally only cost $6 to make the shoes. And the quantities that we made were nowhere near what Nike makes. So it must cost just a few dollars to make. They making money even when they super cheap.
