I do cardio 3 to 5 times a week, I do seated and standing calf raise every leg workout.

For narrow feet, it's true to size. it's not ideal for wide feet. For slippage, I just use the regular tie, and it's fine. It moves a bit. But I think if you use the heel lock tie or racer's loop, it will do the job.
