Yeah I asked for tags, lol. I like knowing manufacturing dates and locations. These shoes are sooo clean and beautiful. IMO purple box releases have been the best in a long time. I don’t know who’s running the line now, but they’re doing an amazing job.

Can anyone confirm or deny the rumor that the Wildcard SB's this year have all been a secret NHL teams pack? Canucks, Whalers, Coyotes, Islanders, Kings, Wild. All pig suede, with jersey mesh tongues. This rumor is running wild on reddit currently.

I’ve heard the same loosely. I don’t know about all of them because I’m not a sports guy but I’ve heard it too. Nike will never admit any official collab because it isn’t but the colors could be inspired by NHL teams… but again they couldn’t outright say “we made this because we love the whalers!” I say if it matches your jersey then that’s what it is to you!

That’s unfortunate but I guess it’s a way to support customers that support the shop and just don’t come knocking for dunks and leave. We used to give away tees with purchase but it got too expensive.

@DavidBluetile I have a lot of sbs from 06 up to now and the suede is nice, the comfort will never be quite the same as old school sbs and the colorway in person ain't it in my opinion

@@DavidBluetile I’m really looking forward to the ceramic regular dunks. But my fav sb’s were the Alexis sablones and futuras. I think the sablones were close to perfect.
