Ikr Transitions aren't 100% complete but in this case, she is fully complete with the operation, but in some places like Miami the rules or legal sex don't apply to trans people causing death because inmates that were with her probably insulted threatened to beat her up possibly everyone kept staring at her which made her anxious I feel like she should have been put in the woman's prison or in a separate cell away from both units for her safety

Although isolation is technically its own branch most jails do not Co mingle their isolation blocks, meaning each male and female wing usually has one. So she was brought in as a man booked as one and was probably in a general holding pod with men before isolation. The issue is she could be charged as a sex offender while still legally being treated as a man. And it be a bit of a stretch to say what about no shoes no shirt policies because this is a hotel and ppl will be walking to and forth from their rooms in swimsuits. I personally don't always agree with being Trans but I agree less with governmental bs like this. The state needs to pick a hill to die on. Either try her as a woman or drop the charges because if legally she is a man unless she had her crotch out which from my sources I've read it sounds more topless, then he did not commit a crime and the assault charge be dropped to because resisting unlawful arrest isn't illegal.
