His skill, hardwork, talent, ability to see everything before, make plays, magic hands, stick handling, so many guys say how much they learn from him… and he’s working so hard it’s noticeable (in a great way) about not beating himself up so badly. Kuch is the modern day Gretzky. He may not be the strongest, fastest, or the best skater, and he may not have the best hands, but what sets him apart is his exceptional hockey IQ. Nobody else has the same level of vision and hockey IQ as Kucherov.
@traviswonder7848 he's a scoring machine, not better hockey IQ and the NHLPA agreed and voted him the best playmaker by a wide margin over mcdavid. Get his jock out your mouth, is it possible for him to not be first at everything, he's human.

Вообще не любитель хоккея, но как то раз попались мне ролики на youtube нарезок игр NHL. Я из России и очень много роликов было про Вашингтон. Овечкин Саня конечно молодец, но как то раз мне попался ролик с игрой Tampa Bay. Я сразу же просто влюбился в игру этой команды, работа вратаря меня поразила, но потом я увидел человека который отдаёт пасы, очень красивые пасы!!!! И вот примерно в тот момент я узнал что вратарь Тампы и этот человек который пасовал красиво это мои земляки, тогда ещё был защитник тоже из России. Никита очень хорош, лично я думаю что на данный момент просто лучший! Менеджерам Тампы кто увидел и поверил в него огромное уважение! Вы сделали правильный выбор! Писал примерно так что б переводчик перевёл более корректно. RU. PS если вдруг сам Никита прочитает. There are lots of great Russian players and have been since the 1990s. Pavel Bure. Pavel Datsyuk. Sergei Gonchar. Vladimir Konstantinov. All greats. The NHL wouldn't be the league it is without Russians.
Its been a great decade with this team, whether they had made it to the playoffs or not. TheLightning has been one of the best teams in the past decade. Incredible.

Its not just that, Tampa although successful is not a market the league or big media wants getting all the attention. Also they favor a MVP caliber center over same skill in a winger. He's got a lot going against him in PR terms in general. While fans love him he's not the cookie cutter professional that gets all the attention. Doubt he minds though, seems like the kind of person who likes to let his game do all the talking anyway
@@peter-jx3uc Sadly, it's true. We do get snubbed big time. Fought hard to make it to the top. Cup tastes so much sweeter because of the NHL bitterness.
I love Kooch but he drives me mad with the no look passes that get intercepted. I mean look, he IS the best player in the NHL. No one can do what he does -- but man -- ease up on the no look passes, lol!
