I have to tip my hat to Creati, what guts and heart. He absorbed punishment and never quit.This young fighter has a warriors heart and a chin like the great Chavez. I continue to be impressed by Nikita. My criticism is still his lack of body work. As big a punch as he has not to go to the body makes a fight harder than it has to be. He looked gassed a bit in the 6th round and let Creati back in and got tagged. As my pops used to train his fighters, take the body away and the head will fall off. I love to watch he him and Tim fight. We’re going to be in for some good boxing for some years.
I like Nikita. He's exciting & promising. But he has too many flaws to be a contender at this point in his career. He goes straight back instead of side-stepping his opponent - which wouldn't be so bad if he didn't drop his hands while he's doing it. He plays bows & arrows with his gloves when he punches as well : meaning he drops or pulls back the opposite glove when he throws a punch - an experienced opponent would counterpunch him with ease. He walks straight into his opponent's line of fire, when he should be using his feet to search for a perfect angle. I know his father fought the same way, but he was very gifted - I doubt Nikita can fight like that & win a world title. On the plus side, Nikita is a good judge of distance, & his punches are so short & precise, that his opponent has a hard time picking whether he's throwing to the head or the body - if he could just iron out a few of those technical lapses, he would be so much better....
Agree with everything you pointed out but he's still young and I won't say undisciplined, just still plays with his food a little more than he should lol
Beside losing concentration and not preserving energy for the end of the round I think offensively he’s got the tools. If he works hard enough he’s got the physical gifts too become a top fighter
Nikita had me worried at the weigh-in, he looked terrible but he looked good coming into the ring. It might be time to step up a weight class rather than torture his body trying to make weight.
Cant hate the kid yeah his defence isnt perfect but his aggressive style makes every single one of Nikita's fights always very entertaining. Long way to go still for him but i hope to see him one day up there with the big boys like his brother Tim.
Creati must have a head of steel! He didn't even sway from big shots - the Aussie commentators must not have checked out the guys credentials. They thought it was over early too - 'throw in the towel'? Not even! :)
I'm an Australian and of course wanted Nikita Tszyu to win but in all my 75 years, I've never heard such an unprofessional, bias one eyed commentary from the callers on this video presentation. Where does the phrase "Tszyu is 'warrier' in this round" fit into the English language?
Creati trainer is a terrible trainer, how can you no tell your fighter to protect the face. He could have avoided so many big punches and may be even win the fight. Creati must get rid of him asap.
All Nikita needs is some coaching on his footwork/side to side movement and he will be the complete package. Terrible Ref, as usual. Also it looks like staying at this weight is robbing him of his natural power. Maybe time to move up in weight?

The referee was wrong. The punch was thrown in front of the opponent. Protect yourself right? Don't turn your head when your in front of your opponent....bullshit referee.
Никита Цзю находился в 3-х секундах от чистого нокаута и проигрыша. Спасся он просто чудом. Жаль, что Никита не обладает сильным ударом. Вообще у него удара нет. Его сотня чистых попаданий, ударов по лицу Даниела были так слабы, примерно как у начинающей девчонки-боксерши и соперник эти удары почти не чувствовал. Никите пора с боксом завязывать...

Никите нужно озверина немного слишком мягко .Как и все русские их бьют а они терпят .Костя и Тим у них спортивная злость есть у Никиты пока нет в этом бою.
