The hard part is killing all the adds without anyone dying, once the boss is alone it gets much easier.
I recommend controlling a character on position 2 or 4 so you can better see the balls that the boss launches towards the end of the battle.
When the boss teleports to the middle and shoots you with the green barrage if you don't take cover the character in position 3 was dying for me even with Tia's shield so it may be bugged.
