This Final Performance Tribute all began on Les Paul's 90th birthday when luminaries from the musical world gathered to celebrate at New York's historic Iridium Jazz Club. Les and friends 'jammed' every Monday for the next four years until the legend left us. Great moments from many of those cool sessions are presented in this tribute to the man who created a sonic boom with the solid-body electric guitar. It's all here.

Oh Nicki...I have been complaining about how mournfully slow people sing the "Happy Birthday Song' all over the world...I reckon that it should be at a brighter tempo ...and your version here is really very cool ..5 Stars !!

Thank you for this! I was actually there that night and because my father and my uncle had just published/written a book about Les and his guitars, I was invited on stage to sing with the band. Such a memorable experience, but I've never seen the recording. Any information on how I could find it would be so appreciated!

There are many good bass plays but Nikki is more than a very good bass player, she's a real entertainer. I hope we see/hear a LOT more of Nikki.

Les Paul is said to have been a difficult personality, but I think he was the best thing that happened to the guitar after Django Reinhardt and Eddie Lang. And Nicki... Just great.
