Hi Dee... Love your reactions. These videos come at night here in India, and I try to stay awake and watch them, or else, watch them early morning. Your videos are always entertaining and refreshing. All my tiredness and anxiety goes away. It seems as if I am conversing with a person. I've got to know a lot of people and channels because of yours. Keep it up, Dee. And India is not that bad at all. A good travel destination. Some caution, a free mind, and you will love it. A good plan is however a must. Must say I love your reactions on pop culture moments and Music compilations. You must check out most popular songs of each month in 70's, 80's, 90's all uphill 2010's. They are pretty good.

He was serious about the health declining, He had a terrible DIFFERENT eating disorder when he had veganism and now he has another eating disorder on the opposite spectrum. He wasn't healthy at all when he was skinny, quite the opposite and a lot of people ignore that because he was skinny... that's literally it..
I think the reason so many vegans say they're deficient in nutrients is because they're not eating the right fruits and veggies right? Or they're not taking supplements to compensate
Not to take up for Nick Avocado, but humans are not designed to eat only plant life. We are omnivores, we do not eat meat by choice, it's because meat, as well as many other foods, contains essential ingredients for our nourishment, our survival, and it's easier for our bodies to digest and metabolize. If you choose to go Vegan or vegetarian, please understand that you're going to have to supplement what's in the foods you don't eat, you can not live without it. You can't just stop eating certain things and everything will be alright. It's a fact that Human stomachs do not digest plant life as well as other animals. This is why Nature demanded that we eat meat and other things for our nourishment. (thank you nature I love meat) Just remember that even though meat and fish and other things are good for humans, Excessively doing or eating anything is extremely bad for not just you but also everyone in society. P.S. Stop eating fried foods, that ish is what's truly killing you. Bake, Boil, or grill.
@@katodd2925 You sound like the type of person that would deny hundreds and thousands of years of evolution & thousands of years of science because someone less than the age of 45 told you to. "We don't eat by choice", meaning, it's by evolutionary design and it's not something you can just stop doing because you felt like it. ( Seriously, I didn't think I needed to explain that) Yes, eating less meat is healthier, however, I never once said or implied that it wasn't. I said not eating meat at all wasn't good for you. Humans were omnivore's long before we had a concept of language. Vegetation was scarce in the last ice age that we survived. So what does that tell you about our diet? How many Vegans would have survived then? Your comprehension level is what's not healthy. And yet, I bet you thought you did something with those comments LMAO.

Does it matter what “natured designed” if you can just supplement? You can be an unhealthy vegan just like an unhealthy omnivore. I think choosing to be vegan is more of a ethical/ environmental decision than anything else
My sister works in the hospital and most of the patients were vegans cuz YOU NEED MEAT meat is needed for the body ,you need protein ,it’s just that too much of anything is unhealthy , it’s about portions .
We are omnivores. We can choose to be vegan. If done right it can be very beneficial. Vegetarians and Vegans live 6-10 years longer on average and have lower risk of cancer, diabetes and heart disease.
@@katodd2925 It's quite the opposite. Canines are useless when eating tough/hard foods. Your incisors do the cutting, and your molars do the chewing. Canines are there to help you rip through stringy foods and hold on to squishy foods, most of which - at the end of the day - are gonna be meat, fish, and bread.
I will never understand how people find him entertaining.... Ive never watched a single vid of his because of the clips I've seen. It's obviously an act because in another clip nick breaks character and is serious but it's hard to watch someone stuff their face with food and act like a child just for views
I think vegans and some vegetarians have health struggles since they may need to take supplements or new food to make up for lost nutrients easily found in meat. Some may easily pull it off or others may be negligent and practically be harming themselves more. Thats just my guess but always do your research on what your body needs, not letting angry hardcore meat eaters or vegan ladies telling you what to do
