Bro, it's taken me a while, but I am finally coming around to the fact that food is poison. All of it. Not just the stuff laced with chemicals, sugar, and preservatives. Do you do the thing where you meditate, then just don't feel hungry for the rest of the day? Obviously, I'm not saying stop eating to anyone that's reading this. It's a very slow, gradual process, but I think a very very long time ago we did not consume food. We simply got our energy from the universe. We harnessed chi. And it was beautiful.

It's true that what you believe in makes a difference, but I think it's more a case of where your 'head's at'. You'll feel a physical tingle, and a spiritual one. You'll also start to see who you are, where you fit into the world, and how everyone is connect. Careful though, this will also start to reveal your flaws to you. It's all part of the process of growing, and the energy you get from these practices is like food for your spirit.
