Nikon 8x30 EII vs vintage Nikon 8x30A and Zeiss Oberkochen 

Very rare and expensive

If zeiss for you, hand down, you obviously have something wrong with your eyes 😁 I have all 3 models and the Mikron is the weakest. The weakest micron on the edge and considerable distortion. The comparison of EII with Oberkochen is also not quite fair because it has better anti-reflective coatings 👍 it is brighter and has better contrast, but as you can see, not so much

@@dawidterlecki8888 nothing wrong with my eyes. Maybe it’s the effects of what is used to do the video. No use discussing the edge quality in this short review for multiple reasons. The Zeiss seemed sharpest in center , the E2 was brighter. There is color rendition to take into consideration and again the video recording equipment. I have the Nikon A, E, E (c), E2 all in like new condition as well as the SE’s. And a Jenoptems. SE is superior to all of them. The E2 is overall superior to the old Zeiss. Here we are discussing what looked best in this video, not which one of the optics is best.
