I am not a gymnast so i have no idea how long a skill like this should take. But between your determination and Ash's coaching I would bet on you doing it in under a year. You go girl!!!! Can't wait to see the process. And the bit about a wedding didn't get past me! ;)

Joanna, you have come so far in the last couple of years. You will have this so much. I remember when your grip strength couldn't handle just holding you in a hang. Now you got pullups. You can do anything you set your mind to. Nile needs some more endorsements!!

You got this Jay! I think the biggest hurdles will be building up the muscle strength and getting past the fear. I know you've got the determination for both. Just dedicate a lot of time to conditioning and drills and with ash's help you totally have this.

I feel like this is the same when people say women can't do spinning flairs in break dancing and other power moves. We can, it just takes a lot of effort and strength building to do it which most women don't really do. You got this Joanna, smash those upper body workouts and you'll get there

Good luck! If you’re not also weight training, you should probably do that; men have a huge upper body advantage. Lots of core as well.

If u practice every day w ash coaching - and strength development I think u will get it faster than most. Ur determination will get you there. Nile wants it pretty much perfect so it take a while to perfect it after getting it. But I have faith in you kick 🍑 Joanna 😊

I 100% know you've got this, I reckon you can do this in 10 months. It's stability control more than anything, so you need to build up your core, back and triceps, and especially shoulders enough to stabilize yourself. You would have to be committed to gaining some good strength.
