Nilotika Cultural Ensemble - Ghetto People 

Grounded in African spirituality and indigenous identity, Nilotika Cultural Ensemble is an arts-based community organization in Kampala, the capital-city of Uganda. Nilotika are passionate about music, dance, production, tailoring, fashion design and African crafts. They make music in a variety of styles: Reggae, Dancehall, Indigenous Hip Hop and Afro Soul. Nilotika have shared the stage with Chronixx and Anthony B, and performed on international platforms like Nyege Nyege Festival (UG), Bayimba Festival (UG), Jazz Safari (UG), and Naivasha Rift Valley Festival (KY), ad have had releases on a number of international labels like Switchstance Recordings and Strut Records (as Nihiloxica).
