Flawless Pudding, ty for this yummy-looking dessert Also for the flower on top of the pudding, you could use a "hyacinth flower" or as we Iranians call them "Sonbol flowers" which are used in the Haft-Seen table setting for the Persian New Year celebration, Nowruz, held at the spring equinox, I'm not sure if you can find this flower in your region though.

I’m late, but I have a tip for drawing on glass containers! First, draw or print the pattern of your choice on a piece of paper. Trim it down to fit inside the container, then curve it in. Make sure it’s a fairly snug fit and looks good from all angles! You can keep it in place with some tape. Now that you have your “cheat sheet”, you can confidently trace your pattern! The process will be rather quick and easy this way, and the end result will look good since you can draw using confident strokes, and still end up with a uniform and symmetrical pattern. After you’re done, remove your sheet and let the pattern dry. If you wanted a temporary design and used a pen that smudges easily or isn’t water resistant, then clean the inside carefully with a wet dish cloth and some dish soap, and gently dry it! And voila, you have a patterned glass container! :)

The original dish that Nilou’s signature borrows from is inspired by Sholeh zard, which is a Persian saffron rice pudding. Makes sense when a lot of Nilou’s own character influences are from that culture too. Thanks for showing us your take on it!
