Tbh, compared to Kaeya, Lisa and Amber, I think she's still ok considering Itto only gave her more power (his weapon works great on her), and we also have the hangouts with her. My poor Xinyan tho, she barely works and until a few patches before Sumeru, she didn't appear often.
Only because he is the best sheilder in the game, Elemental Attack/Burst and Physical Attack, Power Burst CC with his petrify, and a lowkey healer if you get his later cons. He is just below OP in this game.

In my opinion, the best buff for Geo is to redesign its elemental reactions rather than more broken dmg for Geo dps char. We haven't met any Geo new char since 2.4, but it's impossible for HYV to stop marketing new Geo char until the end of Cryo nation. Just wait and see, I'm still optimistic about it🙃
I'd say , keep the crystal shield but each time you pick up a crystal , you get a buff in elemental damage equivalent to 5% x EM/100 (so at 1000EM you get 50% elemental damage) in Geo and the element of the crystal . After that, we would need specialized character like Nilou but for Geo . For example , one could change the reaction so when you pick up a crystal you generate an explosion , one could use them as a ressource for their burst like Ningguang and her paravent etc etc. They can make Geo more viable , they are just into dendro for now.
Problem with geo is it its Chinese symbolism. Geo isn't rock, geo is a mountain. Forest fire on a mountain? still a mountain. River on a mountain? still a mountain. Icy mountain? Still a mountain. By that concept it was doomed to be unreactive from the start.

@@rick30521 its their fault to make the element that represents china inspired region a huge piece of shit, they could at least make new or more reactions with it but they said "no, we dont want to add complexity to the game" just before adding dendro and its long ass descriptions to their reactions

I really had high expectations for geo when dendro was about to debut, but they said no can you imagine plant and earth do not interact?? doesn't make sense to me ANYWAY that was a very nice animation I love it sm ♥️♥️
Bloom looks simple on paper: Hydro+Dendro=seed, seed will do dmg after a while or if you use Pyro or Electro. But when you look closer there's so much more to it: forward and reverse sides, Nahida's 1.5U, Quicken+Hydro/Electro -charged+Dendro, the "Fridge" mechanic, the "culinary teams" and all the ways of weakening Burning in Burgeon teams (with hope for a Hydro characters with 2U per attack) Theorycraft is kinda wild
old style cartoon, i love it. As a former Noelle main the end break my heart, i have both Itto and Noelle and i will never dream to give Itto any of Noelle artifacts, all i am missing is the Red Horn for Noelle.
here's a simple explanation of the dendro reactions: dendro + fire = burning (continuous pyro dmg), dendro + electro = quicken (buffs dendro and electro dmg), dendro + hydro = bloom (grenade generator). If you hit the bombs (bloom cores) created by the bloom reaction with different elements, different reactions take place. bloom core + electro = hyperbloom (turns the grenades into auto-targeting missiles), bloom core + pyro = burgeon (instantly explodes the bloom cores and makes the area they hit larger). hope this helps!
I was having fun and everything was cute for a good while. But then I saw the Noelle scene and legit sad cried because sad feels hit me real bad no matter the context.
I found out that you can just kind of throw dendro into a blender and it more-ifies your damage for anything but Geo or Ice or physical. I run Kokomi (heals) Yae, Nahida, Shogun, annnnd that kinda just, removes most things.
Geo needs some more reactions. Something like "Infest" for Dendro (probably a combo of Vaporise/Melt with slow effect) and "Hammerstorm" for Anemo (it'd be unique and basically like a mini sandstorm).
funny how the 20-30k of the dendro/hydro reaction, that can kill your nahida, no shield allowed or nilou effect wont work, but the 50-60k per swing of noelle is treated like shit
As a f2p, feeling the sadness of Noelle, that actually hurt me to see. She has been good to us and i do hate how most don't see the usefulness of her kit...*cries*
came back for the geo jail reference, heard leaks saying later patch picking up crystals also deals damage based on shield value, might bring back geo carries and comps, if it IS true then i'll be very excited to play some geo comps again (mainly Zhongli resonate)
