The land of indigo Nilphamari district is rich in cultural heritage and topography. Among the sightseeing and historical travel places of Nilphamari district rich in past history are; Nilsagar, Teesta Barrage Project, Dharmapala Garh, Chinese Mosque, Mainamati Durg, Bhima Mother Chula, Syedpur Church, Syedpur Railway Factory, Darwani Textile Mill, Uttara EPZ, Syedpur Airport, Dimla Rajbari, Kundupukur Shrine, Harishchandra Path etc.
