After watching 16 mins long video i am still wondering what this video is all about. Is it about Nirmal Purja Harassing women or about Politics in climbing mountains. As a Nepali, I personally respect his efforts related to #HimalArohan. What he has achieved so far is truly admirable and respectful. However, this doesn't give him the liberty to do whatever he desires based on the name and fame he possesses. Last but not least: Hami nepali haru alik aware ra informed huna jaruri xa and we must have the audacity to distinguish between right and wrong when facing reality instead of glorifying certain characters.

Looks like this video was made to paint nims in positive light or at least fizzle the extremely negative stuffs by bringing the "he might have, he might not have" news in the forefront. Allegations such as sexual harassment along with others aimed against Nirmal Purja should be investigated objectively, properly and comprehensively by independent commission before jumping into conclusion. Purja should be given a right to defend against all the allegations before branding him as harasser or even other allegations. Rajendra Bajgai who had spoken in the parliament against Nirmal Purja should also be investigated whether his allegations are substantiated with the evidences. If Bajgai is making a false allegations with ill motives, then he should be brought to justice for deterrent purposes or else the parlimentarian will have a free hand and speak against anyone they do not like. Such vendetta should be stopped at all cost or it leads to chaotic and immoral parliament house.

While there is probably other businesses trying to take down Nims, by looking at all the things that people have been posting about him, I am pretty sure he is a playboy. So most likely guilty about the things written in NYT, Maybe he thought the girl was into him too not sure. This makes me greatly disappointed in him, because he is one of the few people coming out of Nepal who had a worldwide celebrity status and I was really happy that a Nepali company was becoming the goto choice of many people for outdoor adventure.

@@nirajgurung8054 I used the word “if”. New York Times has published an article on him about the sexual harassments. And the talks that is going on is not some social media stunts. His video of running on a treadmill and taking out his creepy tongue sent to a woman was leaked. Seconds later he posted the same video on his own instagram saying that he was at gym working out. Who tf shakes his tongue in a pervy way while taking a video to post on his 2m followers IG. He removed it after few minutes coz he knew he blew up his cover. A lot of the thing he did makes him very suspicious. A close friend of mine who knew nirmal’s cousin has said,” yo manchey ko history cha. Fasyo bhane ekdum naramro fascha” I too know that things are yet to be proved but I strongly believe yo manchey Thik chaina and you can disagree with me.

The article is published in New York Times and no less. This newspaper thoroughly research its subjects. This is not the first time Nims has been getting negative coverage, last year a Swiss newspaper published an expose on him and questioned his authenticity of climbing 14 peaks. He is not innocent as he seems.
