Woah 😮. These are fundamental notions but boy, not easy to grasp. I sure need to work on effortless awareness. From what I understand (but unsure) that would be being an observer of what arises without judgment. Yet, my mind automatically engages, not by choice but it’s the conditioning that the mind has to be active, has to work in order to give meaning or worth to the experience. I need to meditate on these furthermore to make sense of what I just wrote.

There is no thing labeled "mind." Interpreting the existence of a mind is predicated on the false claiming of a an illusory thinker that is thinking. There is no "my" mind. There is no mind. The mind, the thinker only exists within thinking. Claiming, identifying, existence of a separate mind, separate me, are all merely contents within thinking. When thinking ceases, claiming, identifying, mind, separate me, ceases to exist. Time, birth and death, all events are only in language and thinking, not in the actual. This all becomes obvious when thinking ceases. While driving my truck, without effort, thinking ceased for two weeks.

Nina asks some good questions........ do we choose to ignore infinite being.......you say there is a tacit understanding or acceptance of delivery of false world of duality....the matrix.....but isn't it more deeply encoded somatically and neurologically? I can just chance my thinking/beliefs and realize infinite being. Sounds nice.......not my experience.... see Angelo Deliluo on how much shadow work must be done, how the fear barrier must be crossed......I know you have a good track record bringing people to realize their true nature......I am envious....were it so easy....

@ 1:14:35: "You no longer identifying with the character" is not accurate. There is no "you" that can "identify" with "anything." The you, the identifying, the character, exist only in language, in thinking and in dialogue. "You" cannot identify with a character. "You cannot stop identifying with a character. "You" is just another thought. Something that doesn't exist cannot do anything.
