Right, strap in. We've got a techno belter ready for our 50th release on the series
from Pao Lys (aka Hidden Garden). Born/raised in London, and moved to the North of France in 2012. He became a resident of Soper Univers, one of the first Techno & House collectives of Lille, in 2013. This allowed him to play at various events in France, Spain and Belgium, with the likes of Kal, Viken Arman, Stimming, Jesper Ryom or Jorge Escribano. He released his first EP in 2015, titled "Isolated" on the Italian label North Dub Records (now known as Unknown Label), with remixes from Nici Frida, Fluvio Ruffert and A.Stig (aka Ile Degare).
In 2016, he launched his own music collective, Distant Groove, with the ambition of promoting a specific sub-genre of deep Tech-House and melodic and minimal Techno. He hosted events with artists such as Mimi, Adema, Loquace, and Vid (aka Egal3). However, after releasing "Broken Universe" on the 6ème Sens Records VA in 2017, he decided to slow down, take a break on gigs, and focus on music production. 6 years later, he is back with a new passion for faster Techno and Trance melodies, encapsulated in his latest musical project: Pao Lys.
