I am on the journey to learn every character in the game and push him/her/it to a high rank, and whenever I start learning a new one, I look towards your combo tutorials. The fact that you add combo routes that show a good balance between difficulty and damage is the best about it all.

Thats very respectable, im a type of person that likes to play many characters in fighting games but my journey so far was: play 1 character for a bit, see some cool stuff/see some cool outfits for another character, play that character, repeat. Im learning Shaheen now and he’s very cool, im gonna stick with him most likely but I already want to learn Nina after watching Kill Bill

RyzingSol and TheFURY are like your goto combo guides With RyzingSol occasionally having easier combos and a combo that has a higher damage on a certain route with theFURY having harder inputs but in general has more damage

Love your vids. I just started picking up Nina and immediately went to your tutorials. Any tips on the 0:38 combo? I'm having an issue with the df34B to db2. I always seem to be slightly late and the slap misses.

0:52 how do you have time to dash after down back 2? Dash to crouch dash 4 3 1+2 . End of combo level 5 normal launch. Any tips are appreciated :)

all routes with df3,2, sway db2 also give really good wall carry

I've been trying some of these but I really struggle to get that df3,2,backsway db2 to connect consistently, and I really can't tell what makes it sometimes work and sometimes drop, does anyone know?

Same problem nina is honestly the only character i actually cannot land her combos with her simple one i could land but the ones that require the down forward into backsway i just cant do it at all.

You have to hold b after df3,2 then press db2 on correct time. As mentioned in the video you don't need to visually see the backsway when pressing db2, just time it correctly and after a few tries you'll understand the timing. It's same as lee b2 loop.

also, it's only hard at first. I played ranked with nina for two days after making this video, I was also having the trouble with in first few matches, you can get 100% consistency within a few days.

you absolutely don't need it in t8, there aren't any better routes but most of the routes with df3,1 db2 give almost the same damage and carry

It's only possible on a certain set of chars. It's a weird set. Like it's not a single category like smalls, talls, bigs etc. It's a very specific list. You can lab em out.

Not going to lie this is a huge skill issue on my part but i actually cannot land combos on nina same for jack i dont know what it is but i just cannot do it for nina its mostly her back sway into down back 2 that i cant land or quarter circle forward inputs i struggle the most out of any character.

Drag is a damage machine but the slight difference is nina is harder to play at the higher ranks she is next to be looked at for nerfs.

@@Notwedsquid She's honestly fine aside from how broken db2 is which will be nerfed next patch as super screw will now have increased pushback and maybe fix her damage a bit as a df2 without heat should only do at best 80 and not 89

I think that having the frames of the launcher for each combo would be a nice addition to these already amazing combo guides. Does anyone else agree? Or am I just being too lazy

yes it is a good idea but that's wayyy too much work for a single person. it already takes 4 days to make 1 video, I have to research the combo routes, I don't just go to youtube and copy paste others combos and make a compilation, that's why you'll always see a few new routes in my videos and most of them are new max damage ones. I'll add frame data in per move based combo videos, that'll explore every single launcher and all the possibilities with it.
