In today's episode we dive into the rising amount of nine figures home sales that are happening around the US, particularly in areas like Beverly Hills, Bel Air, Brentwood, Malibu, Manhattan, and Palm Beach. $100,000,000 for a house is a lot of money, and it wasn't all that long ago when we saw our first $100,000,000 sale happen. We are seeing more and more mega mansions built and sold in this ultra luxury price point though. Lets check some of them out together!

Wow, I looked up my grandparents home and they bought their house in 1982 for 184k, I always wondered why old friends of theirs who are still living claimed they were “so successful.” I always thought they were just kinda average when I was a small child and they were still alive. I guess that puts it into perspective 😂

In the greater Toronto Canada area, today's average home price is over 1 Million. This is by no means the luxury category, just average detached home. I could never afford to buy my own house today.

Great video. Fun fact: the median sale price in California this May was around $900k so you could buy one $100M home or 111 average homes in CA.

I certainly remember the endless news you enthusiastically and kindly gave us on “the one” over a long period of time, you did a great job on this back then! Perhaps you could find a new super cool and interesting project that’s in development and bring this to our attention for a long period of time until completion? I think all the viewers here would agree that this would be attractive to follow on your channel! Thanks for the kind words! There are a few that come to mind that could be a good fit. Developers generally aren’t building like they were back then. For one reason, the city won’t even allow it anymore. But let me think about some options of ones that would be fun to follow

in 2000, there were 322 know billionaires, today there are 2,781. Crazy to think how many new ones will be minted through inheritance over the next couple decades. I wouldn't be surprised if this number reaches 20,000 by 2050.

Cool video. Technically, 9 figure houses already exist, but they're not up for sale at this time. Antilia, Mukesh Ambani's home, is estimated at somewhere between 1 and 2 billion dollars.

Re: 432 Park Avenue - it’s not “haters” who don’t like this building (as you so eloquently put it), it’s the fact that the building has been riddled with lawsuits from shoddy plumbing and resulting flooding and damage. Grow up.

You are right Scott it is smarter to buy 5 $20 million houses than 1 $100 million house, because the one $100 million house is more likely to drop in value than 5 houses, and the buyer pool is bigger for $20 million houses. I will rather have the $100 million house the $100 million penthouse condo. The One mansion, La Fin mansion are the most beautiful mansions. The Cobb street mansion has the best land.

Im an Aussie been following a long time u loved everything about the 1 and coverage wish you could go see the 1 see why dalling apart if was shitty work... Uou ate brilluant and wish had more 100plus daily vids but i heatd from Million follar listing will not be many more due to Californi laws making it harder to build us no ond buying as small pool places further out are getting record sales...lot big investments happening i vegas movie net works pro teams so look out there

I think that when you spend that much money on a house it’s a statement piece. It permanently separates you from other billionaires and cause someone worth 2-5$ billion isn’t buying a hundred million dollar house but I may be wrong

Well, if I had that type of money I would buy a few homes, Oregon coast, Colorado in the mountains (Vail / Beaver Creek) and Big Sur with a water view. Serious lotto money but knowing me the houses couldn't be over 2500 sqft, way too much to take care of.

Some are just overpriced and deservedly never sell. Most that sell have some merit. The JayZ Beyonce house being a savage exception, assuming the sale price is at all true. That house is traaash :) seller is laughing all the way to the bank. And Kanye West is taking a savage bath on his beach house. He could lose 85%. I don't think we are in a bubble as such, people have cray money so unless there is a major financial crash they will stay high. People might realize that a place like new york isn't worth living in but so far no major epiphanies.
