Isn't the first rule of prepping, not telling your neighbours and the world that you have prepped. Everyone in this guy's neighbourhood now knows where to go when they run out of food and fuel. SMH.

My neighbors don't know about my preps, but I have talked with them about all of us beginning to prep, so I don't sound like I have anything...lol. I have taught 4 of my neighbors how to Dehydrate veggies using an oven, parchment paper, and O2 absorbers. And taught them how to bake bread using the sun and a Dutch Oven. It is ready to BS ignorance. Lol

The fact that we get free documentaries on RU-vid by National Geographic is truly a gift. 👍👍👍 May I also remind you the fact that our Native American population in our motherland, the Continent of America before the European Colonizers arrived, was around 15 millions, while the European population in their motherland, the Continent of Europe was around 25 millions. Today, Native American population is 15 million, while the European population, in the Continents of America + Europe, is a staggering TWO BILLION! A shocking sad truth. 😔 In my humble opinion, it's about time to decolonize the Colonized lands, and return it to rightful owners Native American people. Notorious global cardinal crimes the Christian West has committed, and benefited a great deals, such as Slavery & Colonialism had long been over, why on earth is notorious Colonization still lingering on, may I ask? 😔

Omg, this seed dude is driving me insane. You cannot just collect a bunch of seeds that you’ll sow when the end of the world hits. It isn’t the number of varieties that you have; it’s your ability to actually grow those seeds into food that matters. You can have 11,000+ varieties of seeds but if you don’t grow your food from those seeds, what does it matter? He’s just a hoarder with a special focus for his hoarding. That isn’t prepping.

Omg, it’s just getting worse. You can’t bug out with thousands of kinds of seeds in under five minutes. 🤦🏻‍♀️ This radiation poisoning never happened, ofc. Is he still just buying more seeds and then growing a few pots of food and considering himself to be a prepper? Did he ever admit to himself that he was completely wrong about radiation poisoning killing us all? Something makes me think he didn’t. He doesn’t seem to be the brightest bulb in the bunch.

@@HavaWM Should've spent some money on a gamma spectroscopy setup for some logic. Radiation is something you may just proclaim is everywhere because *it is everywhere*.. but the concern is what amounts and where, and none of that can be figured out at all without at least collecting data via spectroscopy, and as a prepper such technology is desirable in any case. Its like proclaiming the water is toxic without even testing it and driving 50 miles every week to fill up buckets from a lake when you couldve collected the data needed to determine whether a simple filter would fix it

You do not need to go to the extent that these people do. Even a quarter of this kind of effort will put you ahead of the game. Do not tell friends and family what you are doing. They will criticize you at every turn then come running to you when they need help

The number of actual seeds per type were a guess, types of seeds are ALL on excel spreadsheets.

Silly thing they're stockpiling non-contaminated seeds. These won't help you if the soil is contaminated in your area, and in areas without contamination you don't need the seed. Also, they seem to overestimate the long-term effects of small amounts of radiation.

MIKE!!!! FINALLY someone that thinks about the animals! Pets are a big part of our life's, part of our family. It is therefore our responsibility to make sure they too are prepared. Funny thing, even after so long being domesticated most dogs esp larger breeds have way better chance of surviving and that is with ZERO prep. There so cool. 🐶🐶🐕‍🦺 Dogs are the best and Mike - I take my hat of to you not once but twice.

He is a fool. I buy veggies from the grocery store and scoop out seeds, wash the seeds, dry, and store them in Mylar bags. I even propagate the veggies and herbs from store bought. Including potatoes. America is the fattest, laziest, most spoiled to convenience country in the world. We deserve what is coming. Americans suffer from the "Obama Dumbed Down Syndrome" (ODDS), so now, people are too ignorant to live. Research how our ancestors lived and survived. How they cleaned themselves after pooping, before toilet paper. One cannot eat toilet paper and survive. Ridiculous.

It is the year 2022, June and suddenly all of the Preppers don't look so weird anymore. Gas is $5/gal, the cost of food has skyrocketed to 200-400% and the apartment landlord have cut the water pressure in half. I think you should put these shows back up on TV and maybe some of the smarter people will get the hint. They'll have an epiphany. Good Luck everyone.

True. They seem worried for the wrong reason. But in reality, the practical uses for being able to convert water to hydrogen and oxygen is pretty smart. It has many uses. Just very hard to apply despite not being hard to do. Separating them is difficult. The risk of explosion is high. And we don't have many vehicles that can run on the mix, even if he could convert them to liquids. Maybe he could escape to Mars on a rocket and create rain like Matt Damon if he figures it out.

My father canned (actually jarred) some mullet (salt and fresh water fish) about 1964. I got the last jar in about 1990 and it looked really weird, all kinds pod vivid colors, but it tasted absolutely fresh and healthy. The big thing was to properly process to sterilize it and store it in a dark slightly cool place. My father also had two dogs who were a mix of Rhodesian Ridgeback and German Shepard. The Shepard you probably know about, the Ridgeback was bred to catch and kill lions. One of his dogs defeated and sent running two pit-bulls who attacked at the same time.

I've owned 3 ridgebacks... I can promise you, they absolutely WONT kill a lion lol. And would hardly be able to takedown an actual American pitbull on its own, Let alone 2 of them ! But, there's allot of dog's that "look" like pitbulls 🤷 my male ridgeback was over 60 lb and got mauled by a little 35-40 lb pitbull before he even knew what was happening.. ridgebacks aren't fighters, they're hunters/guardians. Hunting dog's aren't actually meant to hunt/kill an animal either. They're meant to track, chase & hold the animals until the hunter gets there to kill the animal.. just like kangal and wolves lol a wolf would eat a kangal or central Asian Shepherds.. UNLESS the dog's are in a big pack. But an animal like a lion, tiger, bear, NO DOG in the world has a chance... All it takes is one quick , light swipe of a paw & the dog is completely sliced apart.

@@mikefrost5481 I did say they were bred to do so. A hugh amount is in the TRAINING of the dog. If you train them to be lap dogs that is what they will be. Pitbulls were bred to CONTROL bulls in a fighting pit. They were also used to be guardians, protectors and buddies with human babies.

This boat is SMALLER THAN THE TITANIC. Look up the dimensions. The titanic could hold 3,320 people. Now let’s say everyone squished and the titanic could hold 10,000 people. The ark is smaller, so that’s about 8,000 people. In what universe then, could 50,000+ animals and 2 million insects fit onto this wooden boat that is smaller than the titanic??? Including elephants, giraffes, hippos, donkeys, horses, lions, etc. Let me be extremely generous and say 10,000 species were birds that are flying or sitting atop other animals. That is still not enough room for these massive creatures in the tens of thousands. I am genuinely curious where y’all’s logic comes from. It took me 2 minutes to research this and you’re telling me you Christian’s just blindly believe it ??? I mean if they wanted to make up a whole story why not at LEAST make it more believable ??? Not to mention all the other ridiculous details of that story that don’t make sense. I could go on and on. You truly believe this ???

These families are so lucky that they have each other because as a lone person it can be pretty hard now I know coordinating a family has its insane possibility and challenges but having having the crew sure isn't advantage as long as you got the wheels of the crew spinning and working and oiled. I'd like to find a community I can get in on with my small offering because my what I have protection wise and money wise is not enough to do it alone but I can bring some other valuable things to the table in a community maybe

The masses can't carry a cow. They don't have the stomach to kill and butcher either. You'd have to watch for just a few with the skills, tools and stomache for it.

I remember, in 2012, my parents just joke about them. Called them stupid, and crazy. But now in 2022, I am realizing that they were right especially about the petrol prizes to go up, and the economic collapse. I wish my parents would plan that too.

Use fuel additives to extend the life of the gas, but he limits himself hauling around a bunch of individual cans. His best bet would be to purchase an old diesel truck. Add an external fuel tank with a pump so he can fuel quickly. A diesel engine can go forever with proper maintenance.

I love what these ppl are doing to prepare, mindset is in the right place but I never understand why they would want to show off everything they have accomplished to ALL of America!!! Everyone in a 50 mile radius will be looking for this family's house when food runs low. And most Americans are just as armed if not more. If I take anything away from this series is to keep my emergency plan and ideals to myself.

Listen, preparing in the sense of being fully self reliant from anyone or the government for help is just LOGICAL but they show these kinds of people for a reason...and it's not to promote the concept of prepping.
