There's a sign in the NYC subway that bans hover boards (riding or carrying). While this is not one, it sucks that they ruined it for everyone because I bet a Segway Mini would get stopped also.
It's not recommended, but I carry mine by the black pads on the shaft regularly but only for very short distances(mostly going up/down stairs or over curbs), they make good handles and I've never had a problem with the shaft coming apart. I bought two mini pros over a year ago and they're still fine mostly. I tried to lift one just by the plastic bit at the top of the shaft that you pull up to extend the pole out and the cap snapped off, it's very cheaply made plastic and I replaced it with a car shift knob. My other mini fell over and the cap snapped off on it's own. The extension pole that comes out is garbage, made from very thin and light aluminum. I've never adjusted the height after getting it set for me but I think if the plastic knob breaks I'll just bore a hole through the shaft and put an actual bolt in it.
hello! i have 2 question to ask. first, how much ppi air presure need for mini pro tire? second, is mini pro rain proof for rainny weather and waterproof? The instruction said not waterpoof but, your video is waterproof why?
Ninebot Mini Pro has protection IP54 against bad weather conditions, which means you can ride it on any surface and light rain! Not heavy rain, light rain and its not meant for driving through puddles. If you have any other questions,i will gladly answer you.
I have one in Shanghai but actually the Metro allows to carry it along but can't ride around, if Metro staff see you are riding it they will ask you to step down and you can just drag it.
