The fact that she is one of the youngest in sm rookies, and seeing her sisters leaving one by one. Its just so sad. Not to mention, she is the maknae, but also the longest trained trainee in aespa. Dont mind me, but i really thought Koeun and the OG sm rookies would be the line up since the rumors of sm ngg revolves around them since nct debuted. Ofc i felt sad bcus the lineup 80% changed, but i respected their decision for leaving. When you took too long to debut, ofc you dont see the point already.

there are few chances that they'll all debuted all together, they've been in the cave for several years , with unpredicted future. How sad it is for a child? OVerall, i think imo education is more important than being an idol. if you dont have a degree then you might miss job opportunities. but that's just me, cause I was like that before where i was chasing my dream as an actress but they let me stop.

@@ekuniverse1 i think they choose to leave. Since Aespa concept has been finalised since a long time ago. I heard that SM dont really have big contracts for the trainees like other small companies (bcus they had to debut in order to pay back to the company, but sm didnt have such things i guess). Bcus they were kinda confirmed to debut bcus they were in sm rookies already, like how early nct members did. Bcus they supposed to debut 2-3 years after nct first debut, if we are going to follow sm tradition of debuting groups. But aespa finally debuted at 2020 n some of the OG sm rookies already left since 2017 like Herin n Yiyang.

i love my baby rookies girl so much & forever. That's why i'm really happy and be grateful because ning finally debut. I'm wait her debut from time to time since i know every moment that my another baby was left SM one by one, and ningning still there for her dream. I have many reason to always support her no matter what. Ning~ah, thank you for your debut. It's really special and great moment for me too~ ilysm~~~~

She's my bias and i'm so proud of her, it's hard to be a chinese idol in kpop, specially in a company like SME and at a young age. I can't imagine all the things she has gone trough. She's such a talented singer and i wish her a future as bright as her smile.

The other left bc they didn’t make it to aespa line up. They had no choice but to leave bc they cant wait for another gg after aespa bc of their age. Also aespa said their line up was already decided for awhile before they debuted

I feel really bad for not protecting her enough during this her down time when people throwing hates toward her after all hardwork she done for years, she deserve the whole world and so much love, she is the sweetest and kindest.. i can’t stand with knets, they just really insane for badmouthing her while she did nothing but gives impact to K-Pop.. what actually is wrong here, i’m sad..

0:26 aah what a long time since I last heard this! I discovered SM rookies in February of 2021 and I remember this cover really get impressed in my mind. When Aespa first popped up on Instagram with the members announcements I would literally pray for Ningning to be the next one and when she was announced I was so so happy. I'm glad I found an idol I'm so emotionally attached to :)

Ningning has talent and determination. Becoming an Idol involves a lot of hard work, long hours and grueling schedules. She has an exceptional voice and a beautiful personality. And of course, she is not hard to look at. 🥰 Aespa's precious maknae is adorable! I'd love to hear her sing some R&B tracks. It will not surprise me if she gets a solo debut in a few years.

So emotional watching this video. The fact that she's the ONLY smrookie girls that stays in SM and already participant in many show when she's so young speak a lot about how much determined she is to be a performer. It's already hard to be a foreigner idol, Chinese idol especially, not to mention she's from SM that really strict. Kind of sad when she finally debuted she's overshadowed by other member, no hate towards them tho. Anyway i have a soft spot for ningning and always wish the best for this girl.

I dont know why the others leave but i think that SM is very very strict when it comes on their idols and the big point is VOCALLY. Even though Giselle only trained for 11months her resume is no Joke 4 years in a Choir as Alto and she show her Rap skill is exceptional, SM really knows how to find Gem Idols.

I feel like SM doesn't want any token visual anymore. Let's be honest, their visuals (not all) are usually the least (musically) talented in the group that's why they decided to take someone who is passionate about music so that their performance could be better.

Sm is the company that can consider looks first before talent...if you have the visual but no talent in vocal rap or dance they will assign one for you...a pretty example sehun of exo...he was scouted when he was 12...sm trained his dancing till he can become a main dancer

The other rookies didn't give up. They were not chosen to be part of the debut line up. I don't think they were lacking in any way its just the business decision of SM.

How would they even regret it when they were the ones kicked out of the line up, they have no reason to stay on SM anymore. Especially Koeun, she's been a trainee for almost 10 years and have been waiting to debut, Aespa was her last chance seeing how 4th gen right now don't even debut 99 liners anymore. She basically doesn't even have a chance to debut in SM anytime soon. I'm just hoping the rumor of her debuting in HYBE is actually a real thing because she is such a talented girl.
