Yes of course. 250 is bigger than you think, I take it you haven't ridden before if you don't even realize that? This'll do 140kph on the highway which as far as I know is definitely faster than many highways speed limit. This'll be good for you to get used to a bike and help you learn a lot of things. You don't need a bigger bike, because it only weighs more, is less forgiving, and will go passed the speed limit a lot easier. Which is something you probably don't need at this point.

in USA there is no problem with the change of color or other modifications on motorcycles or cars like this video? because here in Colombia driving laws do not allow such modifications .... it sucks!

Lol @ people bashing a 250. People, calm down, it's not that serious. Not everyone is a speed demon and wants to go 60 in 1st. Some people value their lives and safety over a bigger bike. I'd much rather get something and be comfortable with it than try and get something just so people on the internet won't e-laugh at me because it's a smaller cc bike. It gets you from A to B to C...that's all that really matters. And why would a noob go for the gusto on their first bike? Stupid.
