@@pekmitaba4603although it is a joke but muscle memory is a true and scientific thing, if you do a task everyday for a long time, your body automatically adds it to your routine. For example if you are waking up at 7 am every morning for many days with a alarm clock then probably your body will automatically start waking you up at 7 without any alarm. Another example is if you are playing a game for manny months and it has 'space bar' key for jumping command and then you just start playing another game with different controls, your brain will still press space bar to jump and this will happen for a week or two
