That's the first time I have ever had it, it sure was tender but at $19.99 a lb. I'll just wait till some one leaves 2 more. thank you very much for watching my video
Just cooked my first Filet Mignon in foodie ninga but I used the rack instead really gave it that grilled feeling and super tender on inside will definitely try again cooked 7 min turned over and 7 min moor took out rest 5 min enjoy about a perfect medium
Marinate in Worcestershire and clubhouse Montreal steak spices. Even better. You can put any oil I use olive oil and the only reason is to seal the meat for a great crisp outside. Resting meat will go up 25 degrees in 15 minutes so always remove it a little sooner than desired temp.
Is the job of the heat to seal the steak. The butter or olive oil should be added at the end of the cooking process. It's called zip sauce. For the best zip sauce butter and consomme or beef stock
Oh my goodness, this turned out PERFECT, thank you! I still want to try broiling one, but this turned out a lovely medium/medium-rare steak for me. Thank you!
Tanya if you mean broiling in your kitchen. If you have a gas stove turn it high it will be great. Not so much in electric. We use to cook ours in gas stove. Looked and taste better than electric. We put ours on the 2 piece brolier pan
Sadly, I have an electric stove/oven. I've broiled in there and roasted as well. I'll keep the Foodi for steaks in the summer :) Less taxing on my air conditioning!
Unless things are stacked in the basket, like French fries, I find that flipping really isn’t necessary. I do biscuits, and they brown on both sides whether I flip them or not. What is the difference between Air Crisp and Broil in the settings? I would have thought you would broil a steak, but that one came out great how you did it.
forget the butter wrap your steaks in bacon, find the best you can and you will love it this is the best, i buy the whole thing and cut into steaks but it is time and you have to be patient because there are a lot of silve skin and fat to remove. Publix has a whole for 9.99$ and you won't see that price again for a long time if ever this week 4/29-5/5. LOVE YOUR VIDEOS from SC
