The only rule set in stone for this playthrough:
Only block and attack enemies with the Dragon Sword.
Other conditions for this playthrough:
1. Ninpo usage will be kept to a minimun. I will only use it in situational areas (far away archers) or if a fight is just too tough, I'll also use it.
2. I'll also try to keep UT usage to a minimum.
3. I will really try everything I can to not use healing items, but again, if a fight is too tough for me, I'll have use them.
4. I will only go back and save after the fight that is right after a save point, once for each save point, and if it's nearby. I want to upload my best performances, and performing well in every fight consecutively without going back and saving at least once is very tough and time consuming for me.
5. I dont plan on doing the ToVs. Apart from being very difficult, some are just too long and boring, and to do them for every single weapon will just be a huge fucking chore for me imo. Maybe if I do a regular Master Ninja playthrough, I'll do them.
6. I will skip fights like the ones against the big bats, and the pill bugs that appear in the worm tunnel. boring for me and boring to watch imo.
alot of people say that this is the worst chapter in the game. and i do think this is a pretty boring chapter imo, but i also think that it may be the easiest chapter in the game too. sure the rocket launcher ninjas are annoying in the beginning, but with some patience, its not too bad. the worm boss isnt so bad either, for now. the only terrible and difficult fight in this chapter are the worms fight which i absolutely hate. i actually skipped that fight because i could not find a safe and entertaining strat against them. such stupid enemies. other than that, its pretty easy compared to the rest of the game. tac ninjas arent as brutal as IS ninjas, and the zombie guys are probably the easiest delimbable enemies to fight in the game. cant be careless tho against them either lol

Dragon sword is such an underrated weapon it deserves more love in the 2nd game of the series!

I think chapter 13 is the worst chapter. Marionettes are worse enemies than worms. If anyone thinks I don't know how to fight them, watch my ToVs. It is in fact precisely because I do know how to fight them that I hate them so much. Regarding the worms encounter, how do you even fight them with DS at all? lol. And I think it is one of the very worst fights in the game. I don't even think you're meant to do it, I think they're there just to make you scared of picking up the crystal skull behind them. Great gameplay as always. DS has such a balanced moveset, nearly all moves are useful but you still can't be overreliant on one move or string.

yeah, surviving that gauntlet before the first save is hellish, and marionettes are some of my worst enemies. and i do watch your ToVs (nice work btw). its been so long that ive collected the crystal skulls, i completely forgot there was one there, so maybe youre right lol. but now that i reached the worms in ch10, they arent so bad if it were just 2 worms at a time, in fact it was kind of fun. if they didnt do damage when they appear out of the ground, maybe the fight in this chapter would be more doable thanks bro, i agree about the DS. i try to use its entire moveset when possible, but its still very difficult to do so when fighting IS ninjas for me

@@levidrawer Yhea with IS ninjas long strings aren't really possible and you just have to use the best move available for the situation to beat them. They don't leave you room for freestyling.

Well done 👏 still a boring ahh chapter tho. People hate it and rightfully so but I wouldn't call it the worst chapter. Maybe second to last. I think chapter 10 is worst chapter in the game. I fvckin hate the encounters so much. The resetsu gauntlet, the back to back forced worm fights and elizabeth. I've raged so much in that chapter bc of how dogsh1t it is.
