The Artwork from the SNES Famicon of this game is one of the best ever made, and I can easily tell which one is the leader of the Android Warriors, it's so obvious!! Seeing her in the front cover posing like a badass and having this Track play is definitely her style.
Hiroyuki Iwatsuki. He also composed Mighty Morphin Power Rangers: The Movie for SNES!! Absolutely banger of a soundtrack and I can hear the similarities in Ninja Warriors, thanks to Iwatsuki! 😃
Kind of an underrated and overlooked SNES game in my opinion. Nothing spectacular, just really good. I found it by accident myself. It looks like any run of the mill beat em-up from that era, which it to a degree is to be completely honest. But I was surprised over how good it feels to play, it has a deliberate and hefty weight to it, which gives a good audiovisual feedback to moves, punches etc. And well, it helps that the soundtrack is really good ^^ \m/
I didn't know the reception of this game in the US, but in Guyana, a lot of people played obscure and rare games like this. I couldn't explain the kind of gravitation to them, but it's probably because they were so dam fun
