There is a German fanfiction that uses this concept. The fanfic plays after Morro threw Lloyd into a random realm, but before he gets back to Ninjago. Basically time flows different in that realm so that Lloyd was stuck in the realm for a few weeks instead of minutes. That realm had ninja team being evil and garmadon alive and good. The name is Die 8. Welt
I'll bet Harumi would love this videos since she already views herself as the good guy and Lloyd as the villain. She undoubtably also approved of all the all the random Lloyd hating permeated throughout the vid.

The evil Ninja reminds me of this fanfiction I read once. In it Wu gets bitten by the Great Devourer and becomes evil. Lord Wu recruits Kai, Jay, Cole and Zane so he can have them wield and proctect the golden weapons. Sensei Garmadon then gets his own team of ninja consisting of Nya, Skylor, Pixal and Seliel
This should be a episode where somebody resurrects and makes all bad villains come to show the swapper which will swap sides of ninja but will affect them too

Harumi wouldn't join the team because if Pythor is good the Great devourer wouldn't be unleashed and Harumi's parents are still alive. The reason Harumi only become a villain is to avenge her parents, so technically she won't be joining.
the now good people, who were the og villians, would be pretty cooked unless acronix, krux and garmadon comes in clutch, as time and destruction is crazy and garmadon can teach spinjitsu to the time twins as they are good people, which means the time twins can use the forbidden spinjitsu scrolls and literally just become gods and end the evil ninjas and evil wu with low difficulty

Wait than the first spinjustu master is bad and overlord is good so the overlord wins but doesn't have babies because the first spinjustu master shouldn't have babies meaning no more ninjago and no spinjustu master means no elemental powers meanig only the first realm is there so only drangons and oni and the oni die of saving and all the dragons are killed meaning no misako so no more people except the stone worriers and overlord but as it is swapped the stone worriers break and the overlord dies because in reality he can't die because there in so elemental power so no spinjustu weapons so he dies and only a bugs rule the land in first realm because no overlord no ninjago city so lego is out of stock of chima so fake lego brand make ninjago but not swapped so every one is saved by fake lego brands like lepin so lego is no more so ninjago is made by fake lego brands
