Very strong arms, joints and wrists. I trained with a simple 20 kg twister, I got pain in the joint, it took me several weeks to recover. I decided to train my wrists and arm rotators carefilly before trying the twisters. I have a 60 kg twister now and I can close it slowly.

bring them 80kg gold next time. i doubt anyone will bend it. the skinny redhead guy is very strong

How come the gold one is so much harder of they're both 220?

The Haoying steel is apparently made in Germany and is way way tougher some other guys on RU-vid talk about how they'd compare the 100kg gold one to a standard 110kg itta. Also the Movemint 100kg steel gets weaker after several bends so it becomes easier to start unlike the gold one which will stay strong as they advertised for millions of reps

the haoying gold series has very tough start but haoying black is no joke too. it has easier start (much tougher than the movemint) but harder end than the gold.

Incredible strength. I've tried the haoying PT and it barely budged. I can bench 305. You must have some serious strength!

Thankss yeah it's pretty tough overall, I've only seen one person who can close it in strict form! he can bench 500 squat 700 dead 700 & he's rank one here in NYC main arm wrestling garage in arm so that helps. ( that's not me though lol)
