I've never seen any orchestra perform anything as close to the original like this. Even the original artists / music directors when performing live change and have new renditions. This is just simply stunning!!!

موسيقى رائعة تعبر عن الحنين لعمق الريف الإيطالي.. الحنين للجذور و الدفئ و البساطة و حلاوة الروح. الآلات حتى التي يصعب إدماجها في الأوركسترا أدت المهمة بشكل مميز. لا يمكن سماع هذه المقطوعة دون استذكار الشريط الخالد "العراب" و وجوه أعظم الممثلين. عمل رائع بكل المقاييس.. شكرا من أعماق القلب.

@4:27 all I see is Fredo's arms around Michael when he's at Mama Corleone's funeral and Michael agrees to Connie begging to allow Fredo back into his good graces. Alas, it's all for show as Al Neri's face makes perfectly clear. In fact each movement of this immortal piece evokes a segment of that iconic movie which is now firmly embedded in our psyches. Fabulous music indeed.

Meraviglioso! 🎼 Brilliant! This score always reminds me of the beautiful land of Sicily as it is quite evocative of traditional Sicilian music. Beautiful Sicily from where came my late husband. Our children, grandchildren and great- grandchildren carry on his heritage. (Unfortunately, many people only think of the ‘Mafia’ when Sicily is mentioned, but Sicily is so much more! … and there are many varieties of mafia type criminal societies all over Italy, and I imagine similar criminals in all countries?!)

This is very good. In Germany one of my colleagues associates this with Salvatore "Toto" Riina. My colleague was from Poland I am from Bulgaria. We had an Italian co-worker who spoke like Marlon Brando as The Godfather Vito Corleone lol. The music is fantastic. Grazie Nino Rota. Francis Ford Coppola wanted to make part IV of Godfather, but Mario Puzo died.

Bravo, Bravo, Bravo... ¡Qué maravilla! Jamás había escuchado tan excelente ejecución de la pieza de la película: El Padrino. Son ustedes formidables. Cuando joven la vi, y me quedé impresionado de lo bien hecha como fue demostrada, cada artista ejecutando su papel, fue y seguirá siendo inolvidable. Ahora escuchando a Mamheimer Philharmoniker, me quedo maravillado: muchas gracias, por estar ahí, abrazos, abrazos, abrazos...😊

I heard so many renditions but this one takes me to another world where all human follies and virtues blend together. They make you long for life yet sorrows cover it like a shroud. One laughs and cries at the same time. And death seems glorious.
