Jesus wept? Isn’t that just before He raised Lazurus from the dead? 😂😂😂 Actually, I’ve just got to that piano chords bit… yeah, that’s some nostalgia there 👌
I actually feel like crying - big man like me! This has taken me right back to Alderbrook where I first heard it. WoW I have not heard this is yeeeeeeeaaaaarrrrrrssss For those who want to know the original track is Kofi - Didn't I. I liked this as me old man used to play the reggae version and then bang someone remixed it!!!! BIG
I love the extra touches added to when the piano comes in the second time near the end of the track. You can just feel so much care went into making this track.
yes , my heart is crying on the start of this ...i had it fergotten . one of my imprtants breakbeat . thank you so much . this song means a lot to me .
Not sure kids today even know what a Cassette is.. LOL Good times, had soo many Cassettes from DJ's spinning live at parties.. someone unfortunately stole them decades ago when the bad drugs came out.
I've still got all four of the Kaos Theory series on cassette. The first one was the first rave tape I ever heard and owned. Wouldn't part with any of them.
slept on this tbh. veteran of this era, amazing tune. the way the piano is really dry or summat really sets it apart from all those piano rave tunes of the time. thanks...[checks uploader name...] oh it's mickey beam again. respect sir :)
Wow!!! I've been looking for this song for 20 or so years!!! Heard it up in SF at a rented roller rink turned rave for one night in '93 or '94. The chicks were rubbing their tits against me during this one tune!!! Ended up on a swing set with a few of them at 5am flipping balls off gold flaked black pyramid gel caps, shrooms, and molly all at once!!! Glad I made it out of there alive!!! Finally I get to re-live it. Thanks Mate ~*~
Damn those pesky E'd up chicks and their tits! I used to have the same problem, but explaining to them that "Look I'm just here to fucking dance, ok?" usually did the trick.
OMG , had been listening to the remix by TEED for years, almost broke my phone was so mad at shazam for never picking it up . My life makes a lot more sense now that I've heard yet another fabulous remix of the OG track. I am whole . thank you
ok SLIGHT PAUSE ok. Let's get things straight here. It was mainly a Gunchester and London thing (production wise); but it soon spread far and wide PAUSE covering these blessed isles from tip to toe dontchyaknow.
This is why I love early jungle techno. You can hear tons of styles in one 12 inch. They were trying to figure out what would work in a club. This one is a perfect example of it. For me , piano always wins. Always. Takes the crowd to the stratosphere. BUT - you have to have that deep bass jungle bit before. This isn’t Italo Disco.
Hardcore Breaks is the best cub music other than House. Really depends on the DJ and the crowd. You need melodies thrown in with the bass and drums. It really rounds out the experience so much more. Something many people forget about. Sure the drumlines and synth stabs are cool but you need melody thrown in for good measure. Piano is perfect for that.
Not heard this mix before? I don't own the vinyl - only have this on CD on KT3 - I always thought that was the official tune, must've been edited for that album!
