The detail of adding "Rosalina menu is disabled by Settings" is what ties this together. It really gives the feeling of "No one can save you now" in an amazing way.
Usually, I hate these fake anti piracy screens, they're usually poorly made. But this one, aside from the strange choice of words in some places, and some grammar mistakes, THIS one looks the realest. The device shutting down (as seen by when that windows popup came up showing that it lost connection to the device), and then powering on again to see the console is blocked by Nintendo, that was a great touch.
This actually looks kinda realistic, and the addition of the Rosalina menu at 1:09 was a nice touch. My only complaint is that there is incorrect grammar at some points in the video, like at 1:33 (It should be "Checking software..." and not "Checking Softwares...", since "software" is both singular and plural), 1:36 (should be "Checking SD Card data..."), and 1:38 (should be "Checking for modifications..." because Nintendo doesn't use words like "homebrew", they usually use words like "unauthorized software/modifications") Other than that, this is rather realistic.
1. most anti piracy screens tend to use games like Mario Party DS and/or any Mario Kart game, so switching it to something else like BOXBOY! would be better. 2. most edited messages are more harsh than usual, i haven't seen the word "Please" anywhere in the video, the word "Also" ( 1:04 ) was used, and sentences are mostly shorter than usual too. 3. it's "Modified", not "Modefied" 4. the Rosalina menu doesn't use the Nintendo DS font, but i never tried if the Settings app could disable Rosalina menu... (yes, i have an actual modded 3ds) 5. Nintendo will only say the word "Homebrew" really silently.
This could be real considering after the 3ds shuts down it says it disconnected. That’s the neat thing, an emulated device can’t disconnect from the device it’s emulated on. So it could be on a capture card lol
Actually it can't disable Rosalina menu because Rosalina basically operates with higher permissions take it off this so unmodified 3DS is is basically regular user account then system is administrators and then Rosalina menu is trustedinstaller

* Looking at the person who made this's previous videos, I can assume their first language is Japanese, so they probably don't know that much English if that is the case. So... can't blame them?
Actually, I think they're using a capture card. At 1:52, it says the 3DS was disconnected. How could an _emulated_ 3DS be disconnected from the PC that's supposedly emulating it?
