that seems unlikely, they would have to have the company fight back with tons of money in legal expenses just to keep nintendo stuff for whatever they where using it for. plus nintendo is legally aloud to do it as someone else is using their IP without consent. and another thing is suing a gigantic company like nintendo that's enough the bankrupt them will be almost impossible as even companies doing way worse only get like a slap on the wrist type fine that they is most a minor inconvenience.
